VNC server: how to enable file transfer?

Can somebody tell me how to set up the built in VNC server for file
transfer?

I want to transfer downloaded files directly to a Windows machine using
Ultra VNC client but now it says:

"The connected VNC server doesn't support ultraVNC file transfer"

You have to install UltraVNC on the server side.
